Custom Products

No, the ball comes deflated but it comes with a pump, needles, flexible tube, and it’s easy to inflate.

Yes, you can let us know if you would like your custom text printed on a different panel or multiple panels. Normally, there are 2 blank panels that we can print on for most basketballs. If you have special need, please contact us for we can custom whole basketball as well.

Typically, it takes about 1 - 3 days to customize your ball and complete your order. Then shipping usually takes another 5 - 14 days. If you need your order sooner, please message us and we can try to expedite it.

All of our products are customized in China! We are a small business located in Xiamen, Fujian and we take special care in our work customizing each item.

Yes, we can print logos onto the basketballs! But only simple logos will work, and they can only be printed in multi-colors. Please message us your logo and we will review it to see if it will work.

Yes, we can do that! Please send us a direct message with what you would like to print on your basketball and we will review it.

The lettering is permanently printed onto the ball using a heat pressing process. This allows the lettering to look great and be durable.

Yes, the text will always be centered.

The standard fonts we use are big and bold that looks great on the basketball! If you would like a different font, please message to us and we will let you know if it will work.

You can play with this ball indoors or outdoors. But the ball will wear down faster outdoors (just like any regular ball).

Ordering and Returns

Each product is permanently customized with your specific text. There is no way for us to remove the name without damaging the ball. However, if you are having any issues with your ball (keeps going flat, name coming off, misspelling), please message us with your issue and we will do our best to correct it.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you can initiate a return for a refund and place a new order at any time.

Once you place your order we begin the process of building your custom product specifically for you so no cancellations or modifications to the design of your custom product are allowed.

You can pay for your order using PayPal. You also have the option to pay using a gift card purchased directly from our brand sites.

A gift card purchased on ballscustom.com can be used to pay for an order on ballscustom.com but gift cards from other providers aren't accepted.

If you placed an order using an account, you can view the status of your order by logging in to your account and viewing your order history. You can also access your account/order information through the link on your order confirmation email. If you placed your order as a guest, you can check your order confirmation email for an estimated delivery date. Please note that items from the same order may ship separately..

Sales tax is determined based on your shipping address. Please keep in mind that the sales tax you see in your shopping cart is an estimate; you will see the final sales tax when you place your order.

If a product is not listed on our site, it is not available for purchase. Our currently available stock is up to date on our site, you can follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram for information about new product releases in the future.

Due to the custom nature of our products, items are only refundable if an error was made during the production process. If you've made a spelling error or an error similar in nature, please contact us and we will work with you to help correct this issue.
